Each year, the Second District YAC hosts an annual Senior Sweet Heart Social at our local Eddie Dee Smith Senior Center. This youth coordinated event provides a great opportunity for council members to spend time with the senior community in the Second District. During this event, council members serve a delicious dinner and spend time playing Bingo with the Senior Citizens. Youth Council members often find this event the most enjoyable because it gives them the opportunity to plan and host an event of their own within our district.
