Liliana Allin

Liliana Allin has been a member of the Second District Team since 1998. She is Supervisor Tavaglione's Legislative Assistant, she is responsible for scheduling, reimbursements, correspondence, business trips, recognitions and constituent casework.
Liliana and her husband Jason have three young sons, and reside in Loma Linda. Liliana graduated from Cal State San Bernardino in 1997, with a B.A. Degree in Business Administration. Liliana is fluent in Spanish.

Karen Christensen
Karen has been with Supervisor Tavaglione since he was first elected in 1995. She currently serves as a Senior Legislative Assistant, and is responsible for social issues, code enforcement, and law enforcement and is the liaison to the Supervisors Youth Advisory Council.
Karen and her husband Jon have a son and daughter, Erik and Ashley, and reside in the Orangecrest area of Riverside. Karen graduated from the University of Redlands in 1996, with a B.S. Degree in Business and Management.

John Field
John has been with the Supervisor's office since 1998, as Chief of Staff. His duties include planning, development, transportation and environmental issues. John is a life-long resident of Riverside and lives with his wife Trish, and children Kristen, Charles, and Victoria in the Canyon Crest area. John has a B.S. degree from Cal Poly Pomona in Urban and Regional Planning. Before joining the supervisor's staff, John worked for the Riverside County Economic Development Agency primarily working on redevelopment projects in the Second District

Donna Johnston
Donna has been with Supervisor Tavaglione since January 3, 1995. She is a Senior Legislative Assistant and the lead in Jurupa Valley, Home Gardens, and Norco constituent casework and community meetings and events. She is also responsible for Riverside Transit Agency issues, senior services, mental health, APS, homeless, the Second District Health Fair for Seniors. Prior to joining the supervisor's staff, she was a member of the Jurupa Area Recreation & Parks District Board, and assisted with a family business. Donna has worked as executive secretary for several large corporations.
Donna and her husband Frank are 30-year residents of Mira Loma, and have three grown children and two grandchildren They are both community volunteers with Jurupa Valley Citizen Patrol.

Susan Swieca
Susan Swieca is a Legislative assistant to Supervisor John Tavaglione representing the Second Supervisorial District. Susan's responsibilities include review of land use and development projects in the Second District. Her professional background as a commercial real estate broker serves as a solid basis in dealing with issues that come before the Second District. Recognized for her determination, enthusiasm and ability to deal competently with clients' needs, placing the highest emphasis on integrity and honesty.
Susan is a lifelong resident of Riverside and graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, where she earned her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Political Science. Currently Susan lives in Riverside with her husband Tom and their three children, Christopher, Julie, and Michael.

Julia Luna
Julia joined the Second District Team in June 2007. She is a Supervisor's Board Assistant and serves as the Youth Services Coordinator. Julia oversees and advises the Supervisor’s Youth Advisory Council, which is made up of high school students from within the Second District. Julia coordinates and attends all Riverside County Youth Commission and Second District Youth Advisory Council meetings as well as special community events with the council. Her additional responsibilities include recognition requests, central phones, staff scheduling, and constitutent casework. Julia resides in Riverside and earned her B.A. Degree in Political Science and Law & Society from the University of California, Riverside in 2008. She is now working on her Master's Degree in Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino.
