Liliana has been a member of the Second District staff since 1998. She is Supervisor Tavaglione's Office Manager and Legislative Assistant, and is responsible for scheduling, reimbursements, correspondence, and business trips. Liliana and her husband have three young sons, Jason, Jeremy, and Nicholas, and reside in Loma Linda. Liliana graduated from California State University San Bernardino in 1997, with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and is fluent in Spanish.

Karen has been with Supervisor Tavaglione since he was first elected in 1995. She currently serves as Chief of Staff, and is responsible for health and human service issues, code enforcement, animal control, and constituent case work. Karen is also the liaison to the Supervisor's Youth Advisory Council.
Karen and her husband Jon have a son and daughter, Erik and Ashley, and reside in the Orangecrest area of Riverside. Karen graduated from the University of Redlands in 1996, with a Bachelors of Science in Business and Management.

Corinne is a graduate of Mount San Jacinto Community College with Associate Science Degree in Business Administration and Associate Arts in Humanities. She also obtained a Bachelors Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and graduated Cum Laude. Most recently, she finished her Master Degree in Public Administration in December 2016.
Corinne began her career working for Rancho Califiornia Water District where she worked in the Administration Department. She was responsible for Records Management and supporting role to their Board of Directors. Corinne began working for the County of Riverside in April 2004 where she was a Board Assistant and then a Supervisor’s Board Assistant for the Clerk of the Board which is the Department that supports the Board of Supervisors. Corinne then went on to work for Supervisor Stone’s Office in May 2005. She was a Legislative Assistant responsible for areas. In 2015, Corinne began working for Riverside County Department of Waste Resources as a Public Affairs Coordinator. Currently, Corinne works as Legislative Assistant to Supervisor Tavaglione responsible for several areas: Transportation, Housing Authority, RUHS, Planning, Code Enforcement, Building and Safety, Flood, Waste Resources, Vector Control, Environment Health, Office on Aging, RCIT, Care Team, Adult Services and Fair Housing. Corinne also covers the Jurupa, Eastvale, Riverside, and Highgrove.
Assisting Riverside County’s constituency is the part of Corinne’s career that she absolutely enjoys. Issues that are brought to her attention provide a challenge for her to find possible resolutions. She finds providing public service to the community to be a very rewarding job and continuously looks for ways to serve.
Corinne is married with five children. Corinne and her family live in the City of San Jacinto.

Ashley joined Supervisor Tavaglione's staff in October of 2016 as the Supervisor's Board Assistant. Her responsibilities include proclamations, certificates, memorial resolutions, letters of support, among other duties. Prior to joining Supervisor Tavaglione's office, Ashley worked for Riverside County's Fifth District Board of Supervisor, Marion Ashley as a Board Assistant and Riverside County Human Resources in the Educational Support Program. Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California Baptist University in 2014 and her Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology in 2016.

Shelby joined Supervisor Tavaglione's staff in May of 2017 as a Legislative Intern who also oversees the Second District Youth Advisory Council. Shelby is currently pursuing a Business Degree at the University of California, Riverside and was elected in 2017 as Administrative Vice President for Gamma Phi Beta. She has worked with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, was a participant for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, and also served as an ambassador for the City of La Palma.
