Revitalization Development Programs

Rubidoux Village Street SignTo accomplish the goal of revitalizing Rubidoux, the Economic Development Agency for the County of Riverside now finds it necessary to expand the program from focusing on Mission Boulevard to focusing on the entire community. It is the desire of the EDA to bring a number of new programs and projects to the community to completely renovate both the residential and commercial areas. The programs include: sidewalk, streetlight, road, curb, gutter and drainage improvements as well as expanded housing rehabilitation for homeowners and renters and 500 streetlights placed throughout the community. These programs will be phased in over time with input from both the residential and commercial property owners within the community.
